Gregg has 30 years’ diverse industry experience of which the last 17 years were with Right Management, a human resource consulting firm. He has successfully coached individuals from different industries, functions and levels to new careers, coached executives to help implement positive change around leadership style and effectiveness, and trained and prepared managers within companies for the next step in their career. In addition, he has also facilitated training sessions on career empowerment, strength development, team building and communication.

Gregg’s coaching experience includes working with individuals of Fortune 50 to 500 companies and entrepreneurs of private businesses. He has facilitated positive change through issues of communication and management style, career empowerment, strength development, assimilation and redeployment, while focusing on improving effectiveness and professional growth. He also developed and delivered sessions to a group of Asians within P&G who were interested in learning how to self-promote and market their strengths to enhance their careers.

Gregg’s diverse business background includes roles in direct sales, sales management, application engineering, vice president/general manager and consulting which helped him quickly earn the respect of individuals he coached.

Bob began his career as an engineer in a manufacturing environment and after 18 years shifted to Human Resources. The hands-on experience in the manufacturing operation quickly earned him credibility as a valued HR resource and business partner.
